What You'll Do:
- Engage potential customers by initiating contact through email outreach and cold calling, and consistently follow up at designated touch-points throughout the customer journey.
- Advance high-quality leads through the sales funnel, schedule client meetings, and facilitate introductions with our account executive team.
Establish and nurture relationships with prospects, utilizing effective probing techniques to identify their needs and qualify their interest and viability, preparing them for hand-off to the sales team. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and contact information in the CRM system, while also providing support for reporting efforts.
- Stay informed about outreach strategies and recommend best practices by conducting tests on various types of touch-points.
- Contribute to the development of best practices in our sales cycle as we expand our team.
- Collaborate with and provide feedback and insights to the Marketing department to enhance targeting and messaging strategies
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales development or a related field.
- Strong telephone sales skills and cold-calling abilities, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to identify customer needs and qualify their interest.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with account executives and the marketing team.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections and rejection in a professional manner.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
