Account Executive Consumer - SDR Team

The Account Executive Consumer team is the driving force behind Zefir's rapid growth. As the first point of contact with our prospects, the team qualifies inbound leads and creates business opportunities, directly impacting company revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilities/Mission
  • Inbound Lead Qualification – Handle 100% inbound leads; no prospecting required. Homeowners schedule appointments directly through our marketing campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Google).

  • Customer Calls – Conduct initial 20-30 minute calls to understand customer needs, present Zefir’s value proposition, and schedule follow-up meetings with Account Executives.

  • High-Volume Lead Management – Effectively manage around 75-80 scheduled customer interactions daily, maintaining meticulous organization and follow-up.

  • Cross-team Collaboration – Work closely with Account Executives to optimize conversion rates and ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Revenue Generation – Play a pivotal role in advancing leads through the sales funnel, directly contributing to company growth.

  • Career Development – Rapidly progress towards an Account Executive role within 4-6 months, gaining key sales skills and industry knowledge.

Qualification
  • Educational Background – Graduate from a business school or sales-focused program (IUT/BTS/Bachelor's).

  • Relevant Experience – Previous internship or experience as an SDR in a structured sales environment.

  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication, capable of handling high volumes of customer interactions daily. Fluency in french and english is required.

  • Organizational Skills – Highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple leads efficiently.

  • Motivation & Ambition – Driven to join a fast-growing startup with opportunities for rapid career advancement.

  • Team Player – Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
