Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth in the Spanish market. In this role, you will take ownership of proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential leads to build a strong and predictable pipeline for our Account Executives (AEs).

As a true hunter, you thrive on uncovering new business opportunities, thinking creatively to reach decision-makers, and crafting compelling outreach strategies that drive conversations. This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of breaking into new accounts, experimenting with innovative prospecting techniques, and consistently exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential prospects.
  • Develop new business opportunities via telephone, email, and social media to introduce our solution and identify potential buyers.
  • Follow up on leads and provide status updates.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand prospects' pain points and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Identify key decision-makers within prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospects through consistent communication, advancing opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the SDR TL and AEs to develop and grow the sales pipeline, consistently meeting quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in Energy Management and Energy Efficiency.
  • Passionate about Energy and Sustainability.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and good level of English
  • Strong networking abilities to access decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an SDR role in a SaaS B2B company is preferred.
