Our client is at the forefront of data intelligence, providing 800M+ B2B profiles to fuel SaaS, AI/ML, and Sales Tech platforms. Our data solutions power industry leaders in Talent and Sales Intelligence, ensuring they stay ahead with the freshest and most complete datasets.

They’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is a curious, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with a passion for tech and data-driven solutions. If you excel at outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and converting leads into sales opportunities, Xverum is the place to grow your career.



What makes you a great fit

  • Experience as SDR or Lead Generation Manager or related to IT Sales area.
  • Experience with Clay and other Sales/Automation tools - highly appreciated.
  • Experience working with product companies is required.
  • English level - at least confident upper-intermediate (flawless communication skills, both written and oral).
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound approaches every day.
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment.
  • Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects.



Your day-to-day in this position

  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead-generation methods.
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
  • Support senior Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts.
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the Account Executives.
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead-generation ideas to each weekly meeting.
