The Role:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing software company and meaningfully contribute to achieving team goals (both quantitative and qualitative). From facilitating initial conversations, to finding creative approaches to penetrate mid-market and enterprise accounts, and to developing team-wide best practices, you will be an integral member of our Sales organization. You will be part of a small (yet mighty!) team that is highly collaborative, and in this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about ThinkLP.
What you’ll do:
- Identify prospective customers and contacts within mid-market and large enterprises
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects by screening inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting
- Develop creative strategies to engage and build relationships with prospective customers
- Conduct both targeted and high-volume phone, email, and social outreach
- Lead discovery calls, identify pain points, and pitch customers on ThinkLP’s value proposition
- Book product demos for Account Executives
- Consult and collaborate with team members and share best practices
- Attend tradeshows and pitch prospects in person
What we look for:
- Minimum 6 months of pipeline generation and sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong listening skills and can think on your feet
- Very strong work ethic, highly organized, persistent, data-driven, team-oriented
- Coachable and seeks out feedback
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scrappy
- Enterprise software experience is a plus, but not required
Other information:
- Compensation: Up to ~90k OTE, with some flexibility depending on experience
- Time Zone: Central or Eastern preferred
