Job Description

INTRODUCTION:  

Are you passionate about fitness, sales, and building meaningful relationships? ABC Fitness Solutions is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team of driven sales professionals. This role is perfect for a motivated, self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with Senior Account Executive and marketing teams to maximize inbound leads and cultivate new opportunities across Australia.

As a SDR, you’ll help create qualified new business leads by nurturing prospective clients and supporting the Australian Sales Team through proactive outreach and consultative communication. If you have experience with Salesforce, enjoy a dynamic work environment, and can effectively connect with a wide client base, this could be your next role!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:   

  • Qualify and Pursue Leads: Identify sales opportunities from marketing campaigns and build connections through outreach calls and emails.
  • Engage Potential Clients: Reach key targets with 400 email touchpoints, 250 calls, 10 account creations, and 5 personalized video messages per week.
  • Build Relationships: Develop long-term, trusting relationships with clients, representing the ABC Fitness Solutions brand and service offerings.
  • Drive New Business: Strategically seek new business opportunities, setting up meetings between clients and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Track and Report: Log all activities in Salesforce and Salesloft, keeping the marketing and sales teams aligned for effective follow-up.
  • Stay Informed and Creative: Keep up with new products, pricing, and market trends, using insights to create targeted outreach plans and messaging.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in B2B, Inside Sales, or Business Development (recent graduates encouraged to apply). 3+ years in Fitness Management Role (GM, FM or DM) is a plus
  • Sales Aptitude: Previous sales or telephone prospecting experience, with strong instincts for executive-level conversations.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools; experience with SaaS or cloud-based solutions is a plus.
  • Communication: Confident and clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organization & Initiative: Strong time-management skills with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
