The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This just-above entry-level position offers a tremendous opportunity to positively impact a rapidly growing company and work collaboratively with senior leaders at Beyond Identity.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a team-oriented mentality, and, most importantly, a desire to learn and grow. Responsibilities include compiling information from various databases to discover potential target buyers. You will be in charge of collecting data such as potential customers' names, emails, and phone numbers and forwarding this information to your closing sales representative.
This hybrid position requires a regular presence at our New York City office four days a week, WFH on Fridays.
What You Can Expect to Do:
- Communicating with members of the Sales Department to effectively understand the target market/buyers.
- Research and compile information to find target consumers via databases such as LinkedIn to share with Sales
- Work closely with your territory field team to help formulate an effective regional outreach strategy.
- Cross-functional collaboration is required across all GTM functions
- Provide regular communication & feedback to management on messaging & sales programs
What we Hope You’ll Bring:
- College graduates with a degree in Business, Marketing or Sales related fields a plus.
- Previous SDR or sales experience.
- Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of Word/Excel
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with cold-calling is a plus

Beyond Identity, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in New York, NY, the salary range is $62,400 per year + equity+ benefits. This position is also eligible for uncapped variable compensation of $25,000 of on target earnings (OTE) subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Beyond Identity’s applicable plans. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states.
