Enumerate is looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our team!

Enumerate is the preferred software provider for Community Association Management (CAM) companies, aka those who represent over half of the new homes built in America today. We help CAM professionals save time and money by offering a solution that can transform a small business. 
We need competitive people to join our like-minded SDR team. You bring your A game, and we will reward you accordingly. Base pay range is 45-55k with an estimated OTE of $70-80K.

What you’ll do 

  • Build relationships with potential customers by phone, chat, email and social media. 
  • Qualify and set appointments based on outbound activities (45+ calls per day). 
  • Engage customers and prospects who visit with us at industry events. 
  • Follow up and convert marketing qualified leads. 
  • Research companies and develop leads. 
     

You should have 

  • 6+ months of in-person or phone sales experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and/or Salesloft
  • Industry experience in a SaaS, B2B or CAM
  • Ability to drive towards success through tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
  • An eagerness to learn through feedback, able to adapt to evolving strategies for continuous professional growth and success
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%, potentially to team events and industry conferences
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
