We are looking for a dedicated sales development representative to join our sales team. The role requires a motivated team member, inspired by the thrill of working in a rapidly changing environment with the most innovative people in the mobile attribution and analytics space. Location: must be located in Sandpoint, Idaho or willing to relocate.

Job Responsibilities

  • As a sales development representative, you will need to be highly analytical, detail-oriented and can organize data that supports Sales Managers in their Sales efforts as you will need to understand what’s required to execute the sale of a technical SaaS solution. 
  • As part of a world-class Inside Sales Team (Sales Managers and Sales Development Representatives), you will be intimately familiar with both Kochava’s products and services as well as the company CRM. 
  • You will help identify prospects, develop outreach strategies for target accounts, qualify inbound leads, and find opportunities to increase revenues from current customers. 
  • Understanding the Kochava value proposition will be required to collaborate with other company departments in an effort to support Sales demands. 
  • Ability to effectively execute in a fast-paced Sales environment.
  • Ultra-responsive to Sales resource demands and follow up with prospects.
  • Support Sales with resources, presentations, and web demos as needed.
  • Meet quarterly and monthly sales goals as defined by Annual Targets.
  • Provide customers and partner feedback with internal teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of industry/competition to build a winning strategy. 

Experience/Skills Required

  • High volume + frequency output, works well under pressure with limited resources.
  • Delivers/asks for more responsibility.
  • Full of enthusiasm toward both internal and external customers.
  • Sales background; selling in a technical environment is a plus.
  • Ability to exceed multiple Sales objectives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with MS Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s Degree 

Kochava began in 2011 when a team of mobile and gaming professionals saw the need to better understand the feedback loop of user acquisition, engagement, and LTV for mobile applications. Through the process of creating apps for customers from a wide range of industries, we were repeatedly asked if we could shed some light on what media advertising efforts were converting and the effectiveness of their mobile ad spend by partner. Realizing a solution to these questions wasn’t readily available, we started designing and building a mobile measurement platform that would become Kochava.
