JOB DUTIES:  

Priority1, Inc. is currently in search of a goal-focused Sales Development Representative to spearhead digital product/service sales. We seek energetic, professional, and diligent candidates eager to embark on a rewarding sales career journey! Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Expedited shipping services. Our Digital Sales division is expanding rapidly, and we're actively seeking new additions to our dynamic team to keep pace with our growth.  
 

Overview of Sales Development Representative at Priority1  

  • Process inbound digital sales leads and determine whether the lead is qualified or disqualified.  

  • Sell and set up accounts approved by TMS within a 48-hour qualification period.  

  • For accounts approved by TMS within the 48-hour qualification, book the first shipment for the customer. After booking a first shipment, transfer the account to Customer Manager – Digital for management and growth of account. 

  • After the 48-hour qualification period, transfer leads to Account Executive – Digital for further sales efforts and account set up. 

  • Schedule client meetings between qualified inbound sales lead and Account Executive – Digital for situations that require Account Executive – Digital’s experience and expertise 

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.  

  • Efficiently manage leads and track sales progress using CRM software.  

  • Collaborate with internal teams to send qualified customer accounts.  

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.  

  • Provide prompt and effective customer support throughout the sales process.  

  • Exceed sales targets and quotas.  

  • Other duties assigned.  
     

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred  

  • HubSpot/CRM experience is a plus  

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred  

  • Naturally enthusiastic and energetic  

  • Determined to be part of a winning team  

  • A burning desire to be successful

  • $50,000 Base Salary + Bonus Structure

Physical Requirements:  

Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
