We’re looking for IT Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for generating new leads, developing outreach strategies, and identifying opportunities to expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and enjoys researching potential clients and crafting personalized outreach messages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with overall business goals;
  • Strategy Development: Continuously experiment and find the most effective outreach methods, analyzing performance to improve response rates and optimize conversion;
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms, develop outreach strategies, and engage with prospects through personalized messaging;
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage lead interactions, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team;
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools;
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new outreach opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales outreach, ideally in a B2B environment;
  • Proficiency in cold outreach, email marketing, sales intelligence and engagement tools;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write personalized, engaging outreach messages, sequences;
  • Ability to think strategically and find creative solutions to engage potential clients;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools;
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
