We are looking for motivated and professional Sales Development Representatives to contact prospective clients, prequalify them for our services, set appointments, or transfer qualified prospects to our enrollment representatives.

The Sales Development Representative position is the first point of contact for customers who have contacted us and are looking for our assistance. The SDR will be responsible for qualifying potential customers and transferring qualified customers to our certified enrollment specialists.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote, work-from-home position that is open only to applicants in AZ, FL, GA, MD, NY, PA & TX at this time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle 150-200 calls per day (both inbound and outbound)
  • Read from script to properly engage and pre-qualify potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor
  • Identify the customer's objectives and provide possible solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Some call center or outbound sales experience is preferred
  • Must have a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual is a plus! 
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office, Google and CRM
  • Be results-driven and goal-oriented
  • Must be punctual and reliable! 
  • Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace in their home where they can work distraction-free for the duration of the shift
  • Must have a newer Desktop PC or Laptop and high-speed internet capable of running cloud-based dialer and other software applications

Hours: Mon-Thurs 9:00a-6:00p and Fridays 9:00a-5:00p EST

Compensation: $18-21 per hour inclusive of Hourly and Commission. Plus Monthly Bonuses
