This plan will ensure that you not only meet expectations but exceed them as you learn, grow, and contribute to the success of Ministry Brands and our clients. What to Expect (first 30 days)
During your first month at Ministry Brands as an SDR, you will embark on a comprehensive ramp-up period tailored to our unique ecosystem. Here is what you can expect:

Navigate through our customized onboarding and training process, ensuring a smooth integration into the Ministry Brands environment.
Understanding Target Customer Profile:

Dive right in and swiftly develop a profound understanding of our target customer profile and the criteria that qualify opportunities within Ministry Brands.
Sales Tool Mastery:

Learn how to leverage a suite of sales tools, including Salesforce, Sales Loft, and Microsoft Office, seamlessly incorporating them into the Ministry Brands sales process.
Consultative Discovery Conversations:

Initiate high-volume, consultative discovery conversations with potential clients. Your goal is to identify whether they align with Ministry Brands and its suite of solutions.
Building Sales Partnerships:

Establish close relationships with your sales partners, collaboratively developing pipelines and strategies to saturate markets effectively.

As you progress into the third month, your role as a fully ramped SDR at Ministry Brands will deepen:
Fully Ramped SDR:

Achieve full ramp-up status while meeting and exceeding activity goals.
Effective Sales Partnerships:

Form a tight-knit and well-oiled partnership with your sales counterparts, contributing to assisted revenue growth for Ministry Brands.
Salesforce Reporting:

Understand the importance of reports and dashboards in Salesforce, utilizing these tools to evaluate your pipeline and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What to Expect (6 Months)
By the end of your sixth month, you will have achieved significant milestones as an SDR at Ministry Brands:
Exceeding Activity Goals:

Surpass activity goals, making 50 outbound calls and setting eight meetings with new accounts each day.
Team Contribution:

Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing knowledge and actively participating in shadow sessions with new team members.
Product Knowledge and Consultative Role:

Develop a thorough knowledge of the Ministry Brands product suite, evolving into a trusted consultant for prospective new clients.

Meet Monthly Quotas: strive to achieve monthly quotas for overall activity, product demonstrations set and conducted, and qualified opportunity dollars.

Who you are

1+ years of telemarketing or inside sales experience
