Typical duties and responsibilities
- Cold Call Insurance Agency Principal or Administrator
- Track your contact list provided by company
- Explain products and services to customer
- Keep track of potential customers who no longer want contacted
- Hand off qualified customers to sales representative
- Meet your goals set forth by company
Education and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Sales, customer service, or a related field
Required skills and qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to deal with rejection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
- 1-2 years or more of experience as a cold caller, retail sales or other customer service jobs
