The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on admissions, you will be key in driving consistent enrollment growth at our Guidepost Montessori schools. This role centers on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting tours into enrollments, thereby maximizing student sign-ups. Your schedule will include working from Wednesday to Sunday, utilizing weekends for event participation, making cold calls to prospective families, and sending targeted emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement dynamic strategies to enhance lead generation through phone calls, emails, and community outreach.
  • Organize and attend weekend events to increase visibility and engage directly with potential families.
  • Focus on converting inquiries and tours into enrollments through effective presentations and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the enrollment process.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with local community groups and educational organizations to bolster recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in sales or marketing, with a strong emphasis on meeting and exceeding lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with families and community members.
  • Experience in planning and leading events.
  • Willingness to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
