Mission of Sales Development Representative:
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary mission is to serve as the first touchpoint for all leads entering our client's pipeline that are not a fit for their primary offer. Your role involves evaluating these leads to gauge their compatibility with our client's referral partners who offer alternative services that are better suited to the prospective customers. Through strategic assessment and clear communication, you'll direct potential clients towards suitable solutions with the client’s referral partnerships. Your adept management of leads will play a vital role in creating informative presentation decks, empowering decision-makers, and optimizing conversion rates.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leads Management:
    • Triage all leads entering the pipeline, evaluating their suitability to be connected with the client's referral partners..
    • Assess each prospective customer to determine if they would be a great fit.
    • Organize and prioritize leads for efficient follow-up and communication.
  • Sales Support:
    • Serve as the initial point of contact for leads, engaging via email and phone.
    • Facilitate introductory calls to triage and present options to potential clients.
    • Follow up with emails and introductions to referral partners or potential clients within the network.
    • Aligning the right referral partners with the right customers
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
    • Contribute to the creation of clear presentation decks outlining available options for potential clients.
    • Provide insights and feedback on lead management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Here's an outline of what you can expect in your first 30 days on the job as an Sales Development Representative:

  • Immerse yourself in the role during the initial week by shadowing the client. Engage in mockup calls to observe effective communication, objection handling, and industry nuances. 
  • Training videos and other resources will be provided by the client. 
  • Coaching sessions with the client.

Throughout your first 30 days, you will be provided with the necessary support and resources to ensure your success in our dynamic and collaborative environment, focusing on your seamless integration and contribution to our global recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or any similar role.
  • Must have experience in using Hubspot CRM.
