Mission:
As a Sales Development Representative at JobNimbus, you’ll be the spark that ignites our sales engine. Your mission is to engage potential customers, create excitement about JobNimbus, and set high-quality demos that empower our Account Executives to close deals and drive revenue.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, social outreach, and strategic follow-ups
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively, qualifying interest and scheduling demos
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver a seamless handoff from prospecting to demo and close
- Leave a positive first impression with prospects—think the energy of Ted Lasso combined with the hustle of Nacho Libre
- Meet and exceed activity goals (80+ calls daily, plus emails/social touches) and monthly/quarterly quotas
