Convera is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Madrid -based Sales Development team.
What You Will Be Doing
- This is an outbound sales role. Approximately 70-80% of your time will be spent prospecting through cold calling, email and LinkedIn, alongside following up on inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Execute targeted sales campaigns aligned to strategic industries, customer segments and growth initiatives.
- Research companies and decision-makers to identify opportunities.
- Respond to and qualify inbound MQLs generated through marketing campaigns, events and digital channels.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales technologies.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree completed within the last two years or graduating in 2026/2027.
- 0-6 months professional experience.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Law or similar analytical disciplines.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone.
- Ambitious, resilient and coachable.
- Fluent in Spanish
