We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help execute our growth strategy and expand Aventus’s client base. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in executing our growth strategy. You will be responsible for qualifying leads and managing outreach workflows to convert prospects into sales opportunities. Your role will focus on nurturing leads and maintaining professionalism in every interaction to represent Aventus’ brand values.

Your Core Responsibilities

  1. Lead Qualification: Assess and verify the quality of leads, ensuring alignment with Aventus’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  2. Outreach Execution: Perform outreach through calls, emails, and texts, engaging leads professionally while maintaining our brand’s tone.
  3. Appointment Setting: Follow up diligently with qualified prospects until appointments are successfully booked.
  4. Collaboration: Participate in weekly sales audit meetings, contributing to team strategies and sharing insights.
  5. Follow Brand Guidelines: Ensure all communications are aligned with Aventus’s tone of voice, delivering professionalism in every touchpoint with leads and prospects.
  6. Goal Setting: Work towards monthly goals, with a focus on consistent progress. The expectation is to meet or exceed targets, but support will always be available to help you grow and succeed in your role.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (B2B or BPO background is a plus).
  • Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills — you can build trust quickly and communicate value clearly.
  • Tech Fluency: Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable learning new systems and outreach platforms.
  • Drive: Motivated by results, resilient in the face of rejection, and eager to hit and exceed your goals.

Skills Required
