Position Overview and Objective
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Arctic Wolf, you will help organisations address complex cybersecurity challenges by introducing them to industry-leading security operations solutions.

Primary Responsibilities and Impact
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and helping organisations strengthen their cybersecurity posture.
What You'll Do
• Identify and develop opportunities within enterprise accounts through research, business insight and strategic outreach.
• Engage with business and technology leaders to understand priorities, challenges and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to build and advance qualified pipeline.
• Leverage market intelligence, buying signals and sales technology to identify and engage prospective customers.
• Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies across phone, email, social platforms, events and partner networks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Demand Generation and Channel teams to drive awareness and customer engagement.
• Represent Arctic Wolf at customer events and industry conferences.
• Continuously develop your sales, business and cybersecurity expertise through coaching and hands-on experience.
• Contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth while achieving personal and team goals.

The base salary range for this job family is 48,200 to 72,400 AUD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
