Sales Development Representative (Vietnamese Citizen)

And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (Vietnamese Citizen) to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads
• Represent the company professionally to potential clients
• Handle lead generation and nurturing (Sales Boost leads confirmed sufficient)
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth client acquisition processes
Qualifications:
• Must be a Vietnamese Citizen
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate and nurture leads effectively
• Professional demeanor and client-facing confidence
• Familiarity with HR/Consulting industry is a plus
Software Tools and Platforms Experience Required:
• GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• Dialers for outreach
• CRM Systems for lead tracking and management
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST (4 hours)
Location: This is a remote job
Salary Package: ₱33,000
