Who We're Looking For- Spanish-speaking is required; trilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is preferred. English fluency is a hard requirement.
- Someone who's genuinely comfortable picking up the phone… a lot. This is a high-volume outbound role and the phone is your primary tool.
- A genuine curiosity about how things get built and maintained. You don't need a manufacturing background but you should want to learn what keeps a factory or facility running and why that matters.
- Someone who's been in a role where you had to earn trust quickly, handle rejection, and keep going. That could be door-to-door sales, bartending, retail, recruiting anything that's taught you how to connect with strangers and stay resilient.
- Someone who follows through. You'll be managing a lot of moving pieces prospects, follow-ups, sequences and the people who thrive here stay on top of their pipeline without being reminded.
- You communicate clearly and naturally, whether that's on the phone, in an email, or in a team meeting. We're not looking for a script-reader, we want someone who can build real connections and loves talking to new people.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Reaching out to plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and operations leads at companies that run physical equipment think food manufacturing plants, warehouses, and facilities teams.
- Making 70 - 100 calls a day, sending follow-up emails, hitting LinkedIn whatever it takes to get the right person on the phone.
- Learning to sell B2B (business to business) getting good at starting conversations with strangers, building rapport fast, and finding the people who actually need what we have.
- Booking meetings for Account Executives, that's your win. If you're wired to chase that feeling, you'll love it here!
- Outbound cold calling experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Experience at a saas (software as sales) company
- Experience in CMMS (computer maintenance management system) or facilities/operations software
