What You Will Do
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting across targeted enterprise accounts through personalized cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative multi-channel sequences
- Build relationships with prospects by researching their business challenges and tailoring outreach around Insider One’s value, not just features
- Qualify and develop sales opportunities using an account-based approach, passing sales-ready leads to Account Executives for progression
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, and leadership to identify key accounts, refine messaging, and align on go-to-market strategy
- Leverage martech tools such as 6sense, Salesloft, and Salesforce (SFDC) to prioritize accounts based on intent signals, engagement data, and ideal customer profiles
- Contribute to ABM campaigns and demand generation initiatives, understanding how SDR efforts fit into the broader marketing and SaaS buying process
- Continuously learn and grow. You’ll join regular training sessions and work alongside experienced sales professionals and leaders who invest in your development
What You Will Need
- Experience in Sales Development, Demand Generation, ABM, or Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience (top university graduates and referrals preferred)
- Good exposure to the e-commerce and/or digital marketing space
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Proactive self-starter with high initiative, critical thinking, and a bias toward action
- Highly organized and efficient, able to develop and execute against an evolving plan while managing multiple workstreams
- Marketing innovation mindset with hands-on experience in mainstream martech (6sense, Salesloft, Salesforce, generative AI tools, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail in execution. You see the big picture and sweat the small stuff
- Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Clear and confident communicator who can present new ideas, strategy, and campaign plans to internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
- Team player who thrives both collaboratively and autonomously
- Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills
- A strong phone presence and comfort dialing dozens of calls per day to US-based prospects
- Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment
