The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding US sales team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and qualifying leads, initiating outreach, and scheduling high-value conversations for our SMB Account Executives. Your goal will be to create meaningful connections with healthcare practices and hospital groups, facilitating our mission to win across the US market.

What you’ll do
  • Manage high-intent inbound leads

  • Triage requests from customers to the right channel (CS, Support, Sales, Partnerships)

  • Identify, research, and prospect potential customers

  • Book high-quality meetings for AEs, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

  • Become a product export to answer on-the-spot questions about functionality

  • Tailor our value proposition and messaging to align with the goals of a prospect

  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and the medical industry.
