What will I be doing?
Conduct in-depth research on target accounts within your assigned verticals and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple regions
Build detailed account maps including org structure, business model, and expansion opportunities
Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop highly personalized messaging tailored to each account and persona
Leverage tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, and other prospecting tools to source and enrich contact data
Experiment with new tools, AI solutions, and workflows to improve efficiency
Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Account Executives
What success looks like
Consistent generation of high-quality pipeline from outbound efforts
Strong understanding of target industries and key accounts
High level of personalization and relevance in outreach
Proactive contribution to team strategy and process improvements
What skills do I need?
2-3 years of proven excellence in business development and/or sales.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Analytical mindset and KPIs oriented.
Experience with CRM applications (Hubspot).
Experience in payments or other financial systems and thorough knowledge of the market is a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
