Location: Office-based (UK)
Salary: Up to £32,000 base + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—sparking interest, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-energy team that thrives on momentum and mutual success.

Your day-to-day will include:

    • Engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
    • Running targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
    • Collaborating with Account Executives to build pipeline and close deals
    • Tracking activity and insights in our CRM
    • Celebrating wins and learning fast from feedback

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need prior sales experience—just the right mindset and a hunger to learn.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

    • Have 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar
    • Are confident, curious, and great at building rapport
    • Love working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
    • Are organised, adaptable, and tech-savvy
    • Want to grow your career in sales and beyond
