We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel Lahzo’s growth within both dealership (RV, marine, power sports, and agriculture equipment) and specialty healthcare verticals. You’ll be the first line of contact with prospective clients — researching, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities that become high-value relationships.

What You’ll Own
  • Pipeline Generation
    • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to C-level and VP-level prospects.
    • Manage daily cadences across email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
    • Qualify inbound interest from ABM and AI-generated leads.
       
  • Account Research & Personalization
    • Use AI tools and market data to personalize outreach by industry and use case.
       
  • CRM Hygiene & Handoff
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure seamless handoff to AEs.
    • Track touchpoints, conversion rates, and meeting outcomes.
Who You Are
  • 1–3 years in B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role (outbound focus preferred).
  • Experience selling to non-automotive dealerships preferred.
  • Coachable, persistent, data-driven, and unafraid of the phone.
  • Eager to knock on doors & meet prospects in person.
  • Strong writing skills and natural curiosity about AI and sales tech.
  • Comfortable using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You think like an experimenter — everything can be optimized.
  • Fluency in modern AI tools and demonstrated use of these tools in your work. 
Compensation
  • Base: $55K–$70K
  • Variable: 20–50% commission (OTE $82,500–$105,000)
  • Equity: Equity package
