Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales development within a fast-growing technology company. The SDR Intern will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of Flowcode.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Prospect Engagement: Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce Flowcode’s products and services.
  • Qualification: Assess prospects' needs and determine alignment with Flowcode’s offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and sales presentations.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and track lead progress in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and improve sales tactics.
  • Event Participation: Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Flowcode’s brand.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and market trends.
  • Motivation: A self-starter with a passion for sales and business development.

This is a paid internship for $21/hour for ~25 hours per week.
