The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify new business opportunities within the fintech, banking, crypto, and digital identity sectors.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and pain points.
- Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives or Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead progression, and CRM hygiene (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to improve messaging, outreach strategy, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Stay updated on KYC, AML, and digital identity compliance trends to better align sales conversations.
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales or lead generation (preferably in compliance, regtech, or fintech products).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Proficient in outbound email tools (e.g., Outreach, Lemlist) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent research and profiling skills to identify and engage the right buyer personas.
- Ability to meet KPIs consistently (e.g., number of qualified meetings, response rates).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
