How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Striking While the Iron is Hot: You will be the lightning-fast first point of contact, responding to inbound inquiries in under 5 minutes to ensure highly interested real estate investors never slip through the cracks.

  • Fueling the Sales Engine: By executing 150–175 strategic outbound calls daily to past borrowers and warm lists, you will proactively uncover active investors and keep our loan officers' calendars packed with hot opportunities.

  • Mastering the Data Ecosystem: You will meticulously log every interaction in HubSpot in real time, transforming raw conversations into actionable insights and ensuring data integrity is never compromised.

  • Setting Up the Win: By vetting leads rigorously and booking qualified appointments directly into the pipeline, you will create a frictionless handoff that directly drives revenue and team success.

  • You are a resilient, performance-driven sales professional with 1–2+ years of SDR/BDR experience, totally unfazed by high-volume calling, overcoming objections, and hitting strict daily KPIs.

  • You possess a clear, confident, and professional English speaking voice, allowing you to effortlessly build rapport and navigate complex financial conversations with US-based borrowers.

  • You are relentlessly detail-oriented and coachable, understanding that CRM data hygiene is a vital discipline for success—because if it isn't in HubSpot, it didn't happen.

  • Tech-Savvy: You have hands-on experience navigating modern CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and are highly proficient with internal communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
