What You’ll Do
- Build a strong sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads (SOTI ONE Trials, Inbound Phone & Email Inquiries), targeting SOTI install base (Active & Non Active) Customers and Selected Outbound Cold Calls to Strategic Accounts and converting them into qualified sales opportunities for our sales team to take forward.
- Articulate the SOTI ONE Platform Solution, values and capabilities to prospects through phone and e-mail communication
- Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in SalesForce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached
- Always maintain a good understanding of SOTI ONE Platform, Emerging Mobile technologies and competitive intelligence
- Meet or exceed quarterly targets (Closed Won Revenue & Opportunities Created to Closed Won Conversion Rate)
Experience You’ll Bring
- 1 year of previous experience in inside sales, prospecting or equivalent
- Will consider New Graduates with some experience looking to make a career in High Tech Sales
- Fluency in Spanish & Portuguese is a must
- Some technical background/knowledge in software or technology
- Strong desire to be in technology sales and aptitude to learn new technologies
- Knowledge of mobile device platforms highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable to speak with managers, executives and peers
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set targets
- Polished customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
