Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative - Outbound to join our ever evolving Sales Development team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Proactively prospect and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach to generate new business opportunities
Qualify outbound leads by identifying customer needs, pain points, and alignment with company solutions
Schedule high-quality meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate closely with sales partners to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on target accounts and messaging
What you’ll bring
Outbound Activity Execution: Ability to consistently meet activity benchmarks (e.g., 85–100 calls and 40–60 emails per day) while maintaining quality outreach
Lead Qualification Skills: Proven ability to identify decision-makers, assess business needs, and qualify leads against defined criteria
Pipeline Generation: Track record of setting qualified meetings (SQLs) and contributing to pipeline growth (e.g., 15–25+ meetings per month depending on quota)
CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms to manage activity, maintain data accuracy, and track pipeline performance
Communication & Messaging Effectiveness: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and handle objections in a concise, compelling way
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience in a high-volume outbound sales or lead generation role (e.g., SDR, BDR, or inside sales), ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS
Demonstrated resilience and coachability, with the ability to handle rejection and continuously improve through feedback
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
