  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients: qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify their needs, and guide them to the next steps in the sales funnel.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B outbound sales is highly beneficial.

  • Understanding of payment flows and technical integrations.

  • Excellent communication skills — persuasive, confident, and able to clearly articulate product value.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and doesn’t hesitate to push forward.

  • Strong sales orientation — resilience, ability to handle objections, and motivation to hit and exceed targets.

  • Ability to absorb complex product information and translate it into simple business value for different audiences.

  • Good English level and fluent Russian.
