Position Overview

As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will be responsible for identifying ideal buyers and engaging them through calls, emails, and social outreach. You will qualify leads by uncovering their needs, pain points, and opportunities, ensuring a strong foundation for meaningful conversations. Your role will also involve setting up product demos and effectively communicating Eon's value to potential customers. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will help maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM and contribute to overall sales success. To thrive in this role, you must be goal-oriented, consistently meeting lead generation and opportunity quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business from the ground up.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide regular feedback on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products based on client needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in outbound sales or SDR roles (preferably B2B SaaS).
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail. 
  • History of exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Extensive cold-calling experience.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Intent Data, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Grain.
