We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is ready to Egnyte their career. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a passion for selling, an appetite to develop their skills, is invested in their career growth, and wants to be rewarded and recognized for their successes.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our new business and customer revenue in the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) through generating qualified leads for our Sales organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create outbound prospecting campaigns leveraging sales plays, research and targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, & Solution Engineering on value driven talk tracks, market feedback, and campaign adjustments.
- Create and qualify inbound/outbound leads.
- Vet, pre-qualify, and steer leads in collaboration with your Account Executives and ensure discovery notes and lead/contact information is accurate and up to date.
- Attain weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and pipeline, conversion targets.
- Work in collaboration with Account Executives across a high volume of accounts.
- Become an expert in the Egnyte portfolio, with the ability to articulate the value, present capabilities and bring to life for each customer.
- Use company applications such as Salesforce, Outreach and Gong to create and manage opportunities.
- Travel to customer and partner sites, Egnyte internal on-site meetings and trade shows/conferences.
- Ability to work remotely and 3 days minimum in office.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
The following are preferred experiences although we are open to
high quality early-in-career individuals from all professional
backgrounds:
- Business / Sales Development
- Within the IT / Cybersecurity industry
- Phone selling
- Within a sales environment
- Use of Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Arabic (French, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, and/or Tagalog is a plus).

COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and the specific requirements of the role. Further details of the total compensation package will be discussed during the interview and selection process.
