Every morning you start with a pipeline full of women who already want what we offer.

Your job is to have real, human conversations with them. To understand where they are, what's holding them back, and to help them take the step they're already leaning toward.

This is high volume phone sales on a proven process that works. The offer is strong. The leads are warm. The product changes lives.

What separates the best people in this role from the rest is emotional intelligence applied at volume.

The ability to connect quickly, listen properly, and guide a woman from interested to committed (or turn them away if the timing is wrong) without her ever feeling sold to.

You'll work directly with Abbey, Body & Soul's founder and CEO. A world class closer who built this business from the ground up and personally trained every top performer on the team.

She will coach you. Review your calls. Show you exactly where you're losing people and how to fix it.

If you're coachable and hungry, the person you'll be in 12 months won't recognise where you started.

Day to day

• 100+ dials per day on warm, pre-qualified leads

• Follow our proven sales process on every call, every time

• Hit daily booking targets consistently

• Manage your pipeline and follow up properly in our CRM

• Train with your coach daily and implement feedback fast

• Clean admin and data that makes the whole team better

You'll thrive here if you are

• A natural closer who loves the process of getting to yes

• Self-sufficient. You hit targets because you want to, not because someone's watching

• Coachable. "Tell me exactly where I lost her" coachable

• Resilient. High volume sales requires consistency on good days and bad

• Hungry for uncapped earnings and a genuine growth path

• 6+ months in an SDR, BDR, or high-touch sales role, or proven experience selling your own products

• Exceptional on the phone. Not just comfortable. Exceptional

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Self-sufficient with your time and pipeline management

• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional setup

• Base: £14,000-16,000 per year (paid in ZAR equivalent)

• On‑target earnings (OTE): £35,000–£45,000 per year once fully ramped

• Clear progression path into senior sales leadership as we open studios globally
