At Axis, we value independent thinking and a vibrant, multicultural workplace. We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work hand-in-hand with our Inside Sales and Account Executive teams to fuel our growth in the Korean market.

This role is ideal for a Business Development professional based in Seoul Korea who excels at high-touch lead generation and strategic pipeline management within the local tech ecosystem.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation Operations, APAC.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation: Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound sales campaigns to drive new business.
  • CRM Management: Maintain Salesforce data integrity, ensuring all account and contact data is validated.
  • Partner Activation: Re-engage dormant partner accounts and verify new partners within the leads portal to strengthen our local channel network.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and generate high-quality leads for Account Executives.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Drive Learning Management System (LMS) activities activities and represent Axis at B2B marketing events and AEC visits.

What You Bring

  • Experience: at least 3 years in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles.
  • Local Expertise: Currently based in Seoul, with a strong track record in the local market.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io.
  • Sales Skills: Proven success in prospecting, booking high-volume meetings, and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluency in Korean to engage with leads, and strong Business English skills as you will collaborate frequently with regional leadership and global team.
  • Methodology: A solid grasp of structured sales methodologies and a disciplined approach to prospecting.
