THE POSITION  

iRoofing is currently looking for a high-energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support for our team. 

 

This role will be responsible for servicing outbound sales calls and related inquiries with a focus on engaging, assessing, and properly qualifying all prospective customers. 

You will be responsible for notating accounts and setting up demonstrations for the account executives. 

 

This role is crucial as it will be the first touchpoint for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle. This role will also have opportunities to grow into more senior roles. 

WHAT YOU DO  

  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.  

  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.  

  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts  

  • Cold calls into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources

  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle

  • Profile strategic accounts to identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.  

  • Set appointments for iRoofing’s sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.  

  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep  

  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences 

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach  

  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application  

  • The report, collect and enter all data relevant into iRoofing’s CRM

  • Quick recruitment process through video calls. 

  • Pay rate: MXN 118.00 an hour 

  • Monthly Potential bonus: MXN $3,7000 to MXN $7,400 average per month. Uncapped commission plan

WHAT YOU BRING:

This entry-level position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skillswith the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.

  • 1+ years of successful experience in telemarketing 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not required. 

  • Exceptional communication skills in English,  both oral and written,  coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence Demonstrated success in prospecting. 

  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic  

  • High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company 

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 

  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs 

  • Experience with CRM applications preferred 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload. 

  • Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
