Verkademy is Verkada's accelerated training program designed to fast-track high-potential individuals into successful sales professionals. As an SDR Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment, learning the fundamentals of tech sales and preparing for a potential full-time role post-graduation.
What You'll Do- Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Educate potential customers on Verkada's product offerings and value propositions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule and prepare for sales meetings.
- Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to track and manage leads.
- Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to develop sales skills.
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives, providing support where needed.
- Currently a junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with at least one more semester remaining after the internship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable engaging with professionals in a business setting.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Pay Disclosure
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting base pay may be above or below this range. Base pay is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
