- Learn how to generate new business pipelines through outbound prospecting.
- Partner with Account Executives and SDR leaders to identify and source net new opportunities.
- Research accounts, lines of business, and buyer personas, and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Build foundational outbound skills through cold calling, email outreach, and account research.
- Support early qualification conversations and learn how to guide prospects through the first stage of the evaluation process.
- Practice attentive listening and learn how to connect customer challenges to Glean’s value.
- Work toward defined activity goals and ramp milestones throughout the program.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to share feedback on messaging and campaigns.
- Participate in intern programming, enablement sessions, shadowing, and team events.
- Develop critical sales skills such as prospecting, discovery, objection handling, prioritization, time management, and communication.
- You are a current college junior at a four-year university and expect to graduate in Spring 2027.
- You are able to be based in Nashville for the full 10-week program.
- You have a team-centric mindset and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

- Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, or other sales tools is a plus; sales experience is a plus, but passion for sales is a must.
- This role is in-person (5 days a week in our Nashville office)
