As a member of the Echo Global Logistics team, you’ll work on real-world projects, learn from logistics legends, and work toward a common goal: simplifying transportation for our clients and carriers. Sales Development Representative Responsibilities & Job Duties
- Prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound phone calls
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position Echo’s logistics solutions
- Deliver demos, navigate objections, negotiate pricing, and close new business
- Manage opportunities through the sales funnel and maintain strong pipeline discipline
- Set customers up for success through clear expectations and a smooth handoff after close
- Use Echo’s sales tools and technology along with AI tools to drive efficiency and results

Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior, with at least one semester remaining after completion of internship
Able to work in our Dallas office 4 days and hybrid 1 day a week
