About the Team
Ready to launch a sales career with real momentum? At Workday, starting your sales journey means more than just hitting numbers—it’s about learning from the best, making an immediate impact, and growing fast.You will join our inbound sales development team to play a key part in driving Workday's growth and be the first point of contact for potential customers who are interested in learning more about our innovative solutions. Our team has excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.
About the Role
What your day to day will look like:
Be the first impression: Engage with inbound leads and prospects who want to learn more about Workday, understanding their unique business challenges and goals.
Promote and educate the market on Workday’s technology and applications.
Generate new business opportunities through strategic inbound calling and prospecting into large, enterprise companies.
Establish, build and nurture relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans in order to address their needs with Workday.
Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of new business opportunities.
Be a trusted member of the regional sales team, work side-by-side with seasoned account executives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to build strong pipelines. and work cross-functionally with marketing to define joint strategy for developing the business.
