DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team as a Sales Development Representative II, where you'll contribute to market growth and customer success. You'll identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and provide innovative solutions across our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage our technologies to help customers advance their research, improve healthcare outcomes, and make discoveries. You'll benefit from comprehensive training, supportive mentorship, and professional development opportunities while contributing to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience in scientific/healthcare industries
• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or related scientific field
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex scientific products/applications
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
• Advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time as required
• Proficiency in English required; additional language skills valued
• Demonstrated experience in pipeline development and lead generation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms preferred
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide competitive intelligence
