With over thousands hotels already live and a growing pipeline, we’re now scaling our sales efforts across core markets—and we’re looking for an ambitious SDR to help us grow faster.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target hotels using LinkedIn, industry directories, and internal tools.
- Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone with clear, compelling messaging.
- Qualify leads based on size, location, STR potential, and tech readiness.
- Book discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and update lead statuses daily.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach performance.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and pipeline gaps.
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Confidence in cold calling and objection handling.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- High level of self-confidence and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and Google Workspace Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
