About the role
 
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your mission is to generate a maximum of outbound qualified opportunities for the Sales team by contacting, listening to, and influencing prospects with solution-based selling. You master the ability to listen for insights and make use of probing questions to understand the needs and challenges of prospects. You can match these needs and challenges with our solutions through a consultative approach, by tailoring your communication style and adapting to each individual’s characteristics. You can generate a positive reaction of curiosity and interest in a prospect, persuading them to participate in a live demo and fuelling the pipeline of our sales team for success.
 
Your mission
  • Engages with potential customers through cold calling, educating them on the benefits of Amenitiz, and generating interest in a live demo.
  • Listens actively and uses probing questions to uncover prospects’ needs and challenges, tailoring the pitch to their specific situations.
  • Builds trust and engagement quickly, ensuring meaningful conversations that lead to qualified sales opportunities.
  • Maintains a high volume of outbound activities while ensuring quality interactions and consistent revenue opportunities.
  • Ensures accurate and detailed lead management within the CRM (HubSpot), contributing to a healthy pipeline and reliable forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, continuously optimizing prospecting efforts.
About you
  • At least one year of experience in a dynamic sales environment. 
  • You are a French native speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You are passionate about what you do and are always looking to go the extra mile!
  • You have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • You have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • You overperform when challenged and want to exceed goals with your team.
  • You have a healthy competitive nature and always strive to be the best, but never at the expense of others.
  • You are tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and understand current technology trends.
  • Experience in business development for online travel, hospitech, and/or SaaS is a big plus.
