Kickstart Your Sales Career - Are you fluent in German and looking for your first step into the world of sales? We’re on the lookout for ambitious and energetic graduate who want to start building a career in Sales. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the heart of our growth — connecting with potential customers across the DACH region, building relationships, and opening doors for our sales team.
This is the perfect role for someone who’s excited to learn, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you develop into a confident sales professional.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach out to potential customers, introduce them to our solutions, and start building relationships.
- Turn first conversations into meaningful connections and identify opportunities for our Account Executives.
- Keep track of your outreach and interactions in our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!).
- Be part of exciting marketing campaigns — helping us connect with prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
- Work closely with your sales teammates, learning from experienced professionals while contributing to team success.
- Continuously grow your knowledge of sales techniques and our products through regular training sessions.
- Occasional travel required in this role.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus, but all backgrounds are welcome).
- Fluent in German and English — comfortable speaking and writing in both.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with people.
- A curious, proactive, and adaptable mindset — someone who loves to learn and isn’t afraid to try new things.
- Organized, motivated, and ready to take ownership of your own success.
- Some previous experience in customer-facing roles (internships, part-time jobs, volunteering) is great, but not required.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous work experience in a sales or customer service-oriented role preferred but not essential.
- Experience with sales automation tools a plus.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
