Role Summary
The client is hiring multiple virtual assistants to take on the role of a sales caller responsible for outbound phone calls to secure hosts for classes. These classes are free and aim to increase the frequency of educational sessions across the country. The VA needs to effectively manage and follow up on bookings, leveraging their skills in phone communication and familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram. The sales process is simple due to the classes being free, but requires diligence in follow-up and maintaining relationships with hosts. 
 
Goal
To hire 6 sales representatives for booking and managing educational classes, to expand to a larger in-house or virtual team if successful. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1) Make outbound phone calls to secure class hosts in various regions.

2) Maintain and follow up with hosts to ensure class schedules are kept, and cancellations are minimized.

3) Update and manage CRM or internal data systems to ensure all contact and class scheduling information is accurate.


Tools / Platforms:

1) Lead Attendance software (client's own tool)

2) Instagram

3) Google Search Tools and CRM systems, potentially Dialpad


 
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.
• Proven Experience with Education / Student Loan Services
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
• Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL)
• Knowledge of using AirCall (Power Dialer)
• Proactive & confident with keen attention to details
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
 
Software & Tools Required
• Phone system for outbound calls
• CRM or database system for managing student records and account notes
 
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Location: This is a remote job
Salary Package with HMO: 
• Expert Level (5+ years of experience): PHP 65,000/month plus HMO
