Position Overview

- Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- Location: Fully remote (U.S.-based)

- Hours: 8-5 pm Eastern Standard Time

- Compensation: $60K base + $30K variable = $90K total annual earning potential

- Career Path: Clear advancement to Account Executive (typical timeline: 12-18 months)


Your Impact & Daily Activities

- Drive student safety through technology adoption

- Execute targeted outreach to K-12 decision makers

- Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification

- Engage in regular coaching and skill development

- Use data-driven insights to refine your approach


Success Metrics

Top performers typically achieve:

- 10-25 meaningful conversations weekly

- 5-15 qualified meetings scheduled weekly

- 8-15 new opportunities monthly

- 50+ calls and 50-200 emails daily

- 90-100% quota attainment


Growth Journey

First 90 Days:

- Master our products and tech stack

- Develop effective prospecting strategies

- Build momentum in lead generation

- Establish consistent conversion rates


By Year One:

- Lead outreach initiatives

- Achieve consistent pipeline growth

- Prepare for advancement opportunities

- Influence 5-10x revenue multiple
