What you will do
- Research and identify new potential customers across Europe
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to business needs and buying intent
- Book meetings / discovery calls for Account Executives
- Maintain and update leads and pipeline in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and outreach
What you bring
- Proven success in in sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales) with a strong outbound mentality
- Hunger to hunt for new business opportunities
- Comfortable with high outreach activity and KPI-driven work
- Strong communication skills in English (other EU languages are a plus)
- Motivation to learn, grow, and eventually move into full-cycle sales
- Fluent in English and at least one other european language; german language proficiency is a strong advantage
