We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in AI implementation, automation systems, and virtual assistance. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can support sales efforts, assist in closing deals, and optimize operations through smart tools like Apollo.io and Instantly.ai. You’ll work closely with the sales and leadership teams to manage outreach, nurture leads, support closing efforts, and implement backend systems that drive growth and efficiency.
Requirements
Sales Development & Lead Management
- Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns using Apollo.io and Instantly.ai
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, book appointments, and manage CRM updates
- Collaborate with closers to assist in follow-ups, proposals, and closing activities
- Track outreach performance and suggest optimizations for conversion
Systems Implementation & Automation
- Set up, manage, and optimize sales/marketing automations
- Assist in AI implementation using n8n workflows
- Assist in integrating tools and systems for better workflow (e.g., CRMs, email sequences, calendars, analytics)
- Recommend and implement AI tools to increase productivity and reduce manual effort
General Virtual Assistance
- Manage email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling for team members
- Prepare documents, proposals, reports, and sales decks
- Take meeting notes, summarize action items, and coordinate with stakeholders
- Handle research, data entry, and other admin tasks as needed
Client & Communication Support
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Coordinate handoffs between SDR and closing teams
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and internal tracking systems
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience as an SDR, Sales Assistant, or Virtual Assistant
- Strong knowledge of Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Google Workspace, n8n, and CRMs like HubSpot or similar
- Proven ability to manage outbound outreach campaigns and support sales pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and initiative to work independently
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or system integrations is a big plus
